INTERA Welcomes Andrew Feigenbaum, PG, EP, as Principal Hydrogeologist Director of Texas Groundwater Development

INTERA Inc. welcomes Andrew Feigenbaum, PG, EP, as principal hydrogeologist and as its director of Texas groundwater development.

Based in its Austin, Texas, office, Feigenbaum brings more than 17 years of consulting experience and an impressive track record of leading complex groundwater resource, wellfield development, wellhead protection, and groundwater supply studies for public and private sector clients across Texas, the central United States, and beyond. Feigenbaum is a licensed professional geologist in Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, and Texas, as well as an ASTM Environmental Professional.

Throughout his career, Feigenbaum has supported major municipal, industrial, data center, alternative energy, utility, and authority clients, including aquifer feasibility and groundwater supply evaluations for the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority’s WaterSECURE program and large-scale wellfield development in the Carrizo Formation in Central Texas. His work spans some of today’s most pressing water challenges, including fresh and brackish aquifer assessments, long-term groundwater supply planning, injection well siting and design, CCS-related geologic and hydrogeologic risk evaluations, and the development of groundwater monitoring programs that help clients better understand long-term changes in groundwater quality.
