Labor shortages and changing perceptions about manufacturing jobs. A lot of young people have old and outdated ideas of manufacturing jobs. They’d rather sit behind a computer in an office. Manufacturers are now investing in state-of-the-art facilities and technologies to attract skilled workers.
WHAT ARE YOU HEARING MOST FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS?
While business remains robust, we’ve noticed a trend toward more normalized activity compared to the pace of recent years. Customers indicate that things have started to soften, but they view this as a return to stability rather than a downturn. Labor shortages continue to be a challenge, echoing broader industry concerns.

The relationships and friendships I’ve built over the years. It’s incredibly rewarding to help people gain access to such an important resource as water. The water well market is not just about products; it’s about making a meaningful impact on communities.
WHAT PROMPTED THE TANKS ON TOUR MOBILE EDUCATION CENTER?
To educate contractors, wholesalers, and engineers about our tank offerings in a more hands-on manner. It allows us to reach people in-person all over the country and show them up close the quality and features of our tanks. It’s an invaluable asset for educating the market.
WHICH WATER WELL SYSTEM PRODUCTS ARE YOU MOST EXCITED ABOUT IN 2024?
Our Titan composite tank line, which provides alternatives to traditional steel well tanks. It’s great that after so many years of talking about it, we finally have a composite tank in the market. Additionally, we’re eager to expand our commercial ASME line and recently introduced a three-year warranty.
