WWJ Catching Up with Curtis King, CWD/PI, January 2020

Curtis King, CWD/PI, shares what it meant to receive a standing ovation after accepting both the 2019 NGWA Special Recognition and Life Member Awards at Groundwater Week 2019 in January’s “Catching Up” video interview. King, of Healing Hands International in Centralia, Washington, helped the organization start a water well drilling program in the Port-au-Prince area following the January 2010 earthquake in Haiti. King also reflects on a 40-year career in which he drilled more than 2000 wells that provided water to more than 3 million people in various countries.
