SIMFLO Announces Appointment of New Vice Presidents

Del Neubauer, vice president-engineered product sales

SIMFLO, a provider of industrial, agriculture, and municipal-use pumps, has announced the appointment of three executives in response to the company’s current and anticipated future growth.

Del Neubauer has been named vice president-engineered product sales for SIMFLO. In his new role, Neubauer will be responsible for developing distribution partners in the municipal, industrial and commercial markets to represent the company’s vertical and submersible turbine product line. A veteran of the pump industry for more than 30 years, Neubauer has held sales and sales management positions focused on pumping solutions for industrial, municipal, and other applications.

Andrew Grubbs has been promoted to vice president-standard product sales where he will oversee all sales of standard product lineshaft and submersible turbines, as well as ancillary products for SIMFLO. Grubbs, who has been with SIMFLO for four years, has worked in the water well industry for more than 15 years.

Tony Sierra has been named vice president-engineered and standard applications for the company. In his new role, Sierra will be responsible for SIMFLO’s applications and project management teams, focusing on continued growth in the bid spec and industrial pump market. Sierra has been in the vertical turbine pump industry for more than 25 years with experience in domestic and international industrial and municipal applications.
