Ion exchange manufacturer ResinTech has hired Justin Schram to lead business development efforts for the company’s western United States and Canada regions. Schram began his career in solar energy before joining the water industry where he worked for Pentair helping distributors and dealers throughout Southern California solve their water treatment needs.
ResinTech’s National Sales Manager Frank DeSilva discussed how the addition of Schram comes at a dynamic period of growth for Resintech: “Justin and I served together on the PWQA board and I knew that his background and energy would be a great fit for the company. The recent opening of our new factory in New Jersey has increased the demand for our MADE IN USA product, and he will help fill that need. I’m thrilled he decided to join us and I look forward to working closely with him.”
Schram holds degrees in environmental management and business from Indiana University and is a past board member of the Pacific Water Quality Association (PWQA), a nonprofit organization that represents consumers and businesses in the water quality improvement industry. He will be based in San Diego and work out of ResinTech’s facility in Gardena, California.
