Malcolm Drilling Hires Mike Sanzo as Geothermal Superintendent
Mike Sanzo was hired by Malcolm Drilling as geothermal superintendent. 
Sanzo, who was on the Water Well Journal Industry Connected Podcast in 2025 discussing maximizing efficiency in geothermal drilling, has worked in the drilling industry since 2017. He most recently served as geothermal supervisor for Morris-Shea Bridge Co. Inc.
“We’re entering the year with strong momentum, supported by outstanding partners and equipment,” Sanzo said on LinkedIn, “with GTD desco providing two GTD-65DD rigs and two MG-500 units to support our growing operations, and INTRIC Grouting Solutions Inc. whose Geo-12 systems paired with silo configurations will enhance efficiency and consistency in geothermal grouting.
“With a full project pipeline already in place, I’m looking forward to working alongside our crews and partners to deliver safe, efficient, and high-performing results.”
